Members are obligated to pay Rafii Dental Care directly for services rendered. This plan is not affiliated with or endorsed by any state insurance department and does not meet minimum creditable coverage requirements. You may cancel at any time; full refund available only if requested within the first 30 days and no discounted services have been provided.
